Ellen was a four year starter who was solid as a
rock at the back. Heading one of the best defenses in
the nation was no small task, and Ellen typically did
more orchestrating of the defense than actually
touching the ball. One sure thing, though, is that
whenever Ellen got the ball a Scot attack was almost
sure to follow.
